I live very close to the new Lone Tree Acute Care Center, and we have now used the center three times (one time for each of my children and once for myself).

We have always had no wait or a very short one, and the staff have been friendly, courteous, and very interested in us and helping solve whatever problem we came in for.

My daughter had an ear infection diagnosed (on a Saturday afternoon when her primary care doc was not open), my son had pink eye (also on a weekend) and I had a pre-surgery work-up done all in one place (blood tests, EKG, and chest x-rays).

Tiffany, Dr. Williams and all the staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend them.

The first thing I noticed is all the disinfectant gel dispensers on the walls, including their lobby. It is nice to see the staff pay so much attention to the small details. I found my visit to be very pleasant and professional. The doctor is very friendly, attentive, and he took time to listen to me and discuss treatment options. Surprisingly, there was even a TV panel in the examination room in case I got bored during the few minutes that it took the doc to see me. Thanks a lot for the great service!!!

I have been here twice and already told a few friends about my positive experience. I found your staff to be attentive and friendly, and was pleased to see a Doctor within 5-10 minutes each time. I've been here 3 times and have had excellent care each time. I have a PCP, but I always hem and haw all day and by 6 PM, I've decided I really should see a doctor. This clinic is open until 8 PM.

It's new and clean and smells great. I've never had more than a 20 minute wait. I've seen two doctors and both were very thorough - more so than my PCP, that's for sure!

I wouldn't hesitate to bring my child here; that's the best endorsement I can give.
